Purchased today. Grill seems substantial/ heavy duty. For the price if it makes 6 years I'm happy. Assembly, 45 minutes ? Really. It takes almost that long to get it out of the box and organized. Instructions are well written and easy to follow but settle in for three hours of detailed assembly instructions.

1) Major assembly required - this is a Kit that contains all the parts necessary to build a Gas Grill 2) The silver bolts that hold door hinges and heat shield on are either too large or the threaded holes receiving them are too small 3) Placed a call to have #2 addressed since the Owners Manual asks that I not return the grill to the store, rather call for assistance....They are only open 8-5 M-F. This isn't much help especially since statistics would probably show that most grills are assembled on weekends or in the evening.....consequently, this is when customer service is needed. Overall, the grill appears to be sturdy and I look forward to enjoying it once the assembly can be achieved successfully.

I bought this grill today. Box was fine, but the grill assembly was bent were the cover attaches and the back panel. Sam's exchanged the assembly for me and I started to put the grill together. The first 2 pieces you assemble are the front and rear frame which are sleeved together and attached with screws. Very simple procedure except the welded square tubes were not at 90 degrees so the did not sign up. I was able to force it to fit but then the frame was out of square and the side panels could not be attached. So back to Sam's and I returned it. Too bad it could of been a nice grill if the was some quality control during the manufacturing process.

If you want a girl that only uses Propane this grill is for you. We have a natural gas hook up so we were disappointed that the website and the local Sam's club did not have the conversion kit. We tried many universal conversion kits but non fit correctly. Otherwise great product and would have gotten 5 stars but the frustration of trying to find a conversion kit and hassle it got 3.

Floor model appeared to be heavy duty and well made but I learned otherwise after assembly tonight. Here is a list of the problems I have: 1. The cart frame rails were bent way out of alignment (2 of 4). 2. The right front door panel has a large dent in it around the egde (where it meets the left door) very noticeable when doors are closed. 3. The grill shield (the part that slides in and out under the burners) is bent along all edges and the handle where you grab to pull it is also bent to a "V", supposed to be straight. In this shield, a large portion of it has the powder coating totally chunked out and damaged. 4. The drip tray is also bent, between issues 3 and 4, the drippings will literally fall right into the grill guts or on the ground. 5. One of the Five pins that hold the burner tents/covers is totally missing. These pins are supposed to be welded into place and without it, there is nothing to hold the tent cover up and off of the actual burner making it inoperable. 6. The lid of the grill (top left) where it meets the steel frame has a 3" x 3" area where the paint/coating is bubbled and raised. For these reasons, the grill that took 3 hours with two people assembling is not able to be used fully. Nor am I satisfied with any part of it. I will be calling the store first thing tomorrow.

1 season and burner are toasted. No customer service.

Bought mine last April (2019). Stainless steel burners are completely rusted (May 2020).

Just a little disappointed that I paid $50 more 3 weeks ago otherwise the grill works well
