I just took the grill out of the box, and found the 2 key structural are bent and broken, there goes the labor day plans

Nice large grill for good sale price. It took two people 4 hrs to assemble. Directions a little confusing. Thank God for pictures and logic.

We have had this grill about a year and the burner and igniter are already needing to be replaced. It is almost impossible to find parts for it. Waste of money.

Grill is 2 years old and grates are completely rusted. Unsafe to use. Outside of grill looks new...inside not so much. Can't even find replacement grates. Disappointed.

I purchased this grill a week ago it went together well. I cooked on it 2 times now and everything is fine. I have to say it works as good as my old Weber at a third of the price. I would like to buy a rotisserie for it if possible.

Stainless steel burners rot out within 3 years then you have to jump through hoops to get them warranted if they even will. Terrible customer service

Most people who use it think it cost much more than I paid. The grates are really good, it?s held up well for two summers. Most comparably priced grills would have rusted out by now. Very happy with this purchase.

One of the holes on my Tank Heat Shield does not line up. Waiting on pacific time to call customer service hope all goes well. It looks okay for nor will repost to raise or lower my rating

I bought this a year and a half ago and the burners are rusted to the point where it is almost unusable. Tried contacted the customer service department of manufacturer and received no reply

I bought this grill in May of 2018 It has always been covered no matter what the weather is in July the black paint on the doors just started bubbling and flaking off.It looks terrible,obviously a defect in the material
