We use this for many recipes when a broth is needed. It is mild and tasty, but spices and herbs can easily be added to change the taste to suit your recipe.

Member's Mark products are excellent generics, This chicken broth is a great value. I use broth instead of water in many dishes, such as rice, mashed potatoes, to start soups/stews, etc.

Taste very good.Compared to other chicken broth it is just as good if not better. The price was reasonable. Good expiration date. I was very pleased with it. It added very good flavor to my tenders.

I've been buying this for years and I like to stock up. I had a couple cartons from before they changed the look, a case from a few months ago with the new cartons, and a case from two weeks ago. Their old ingredients used to be good for the most part and it looks like they kept the same ingredients with the new carton for a while. Then the quietly changed ingredients to a bunch of fillers and chemicals. Shameful what they do to our food and hope we don't notice!!

If you are senstive to salt like we are please stay clear of this item. I miss the chicken stock they used to carry. I have even tryed cutting it , one carton of this and another of an unsalted brand but its still bad.
