I am extremely disappointed and upset about the current trend of popular and everyday products that used to be in the store now being available only for shipping. This is a ridiculous strategy on Sam's part especially now in this economy. I, and many like me are plus members and for the most part we have to budget the membership. In my opinion, it is the responsibility of Sam's to stock frequently purchased items. That's the most important benefit of the membership. Now, on many items, you must spend $50 on ELIGIBLE SHIPPING ITEMS, rather than even just spending $50! There are very few people who walk out of Sam's with less than $50 in products. It doesn't make any sense that you can't buy it in the store, or pick it up curbside, but it's apparently readily available to ship. And it's not just this item it is several items here lately. I understand seasonal and low sellers but what I'm angry about is common weekly or monthly purchased items. And while I'm on this soapbox, I have an issue on Instant Savings. I have never purchased a MM product that I was unhappy with buying. However, you seem to have the same area of instant Savings on rotation. I used to buy both MM and name brand items like Instant Potatoes, MM Trash Bags, MM Paper Towels, Bath Tissues, MM Beef and Chick Boullion, EVOO, etc. I'm a senior on a fixed income so I can't always afford nor do I need or want to search the store for $50.00 of just Eligible Shipping items. A case of 12 tomato paste will last me for 6-12 months, so I don't need 4 cases of tomato paste and 2 boxes of Instant Mashed potatoes shipped to me in order to get free shipping or should I have to pay for a case equal to the cost of shipping charges. I should be able to pick up most of my grocery list in the store or by curbside. I sincerely hope you will reconsider this policy as I am pretty certain that I'm not the only customer who feels this way about this shipping situation.

Boxes damaged in shipping

This product is fine. However, I have been buying rotisserie chicken for a while, and the last 3 I bought weren’t fully cooked even though I watched the person use a thermometer on them. I’ve had to recook them at home which changes the flavor.

Tomato paste was delivered in a undamaged shipping box. But the original boxes of tomato paste were severely damaged which caused several cans of tomato paste to be damaged. I purchase products online to be delivered to my house. I do not appreciate damaged boxes and damaged items being sent to me. I am paying for undamaged cans not damaged cans to be delivered to me. If the shipping box was damaged then the product inside would be damaged. But if the shipping box isn't damaged then damaged products were purposely sent to me. This isn't good customer service. I do not want to have to go to my local Sam's club to return the damaged cans. The whole purpose of online home delivery is so I don't have to go to the physical location. Please don't continue to ship already damaged products! This is unacceptable!

I keep tomatoes and tomato paste in my pantry so I can always have at least one or two cans on hand all of the time. MM tomato paste taste as good if not better than hunts or any other major brand. Great value.

Several of the cans in the case were dent so bad that the paste was coming out. Please consider better packaging. We love the product and repeat buyers.

This tomato paste has a good taste and perfect thickness. I have always opted for a name brand that's been around a long time. But Members Mark has just as good of a supreme taste. Now I can enjoy good taste for less $.
