As good as brand name product

Tomato paste was delivered in a undamaged shipping box.  But the original boxes of tomato paste were severely damaged which caused several cans of tomato paste to be damaged.  I purchase products online to be delivered to my house.  I do not appreciate damaged boxes and damaged items being sent to me.  I am paying for undamaged cans not damaged cans to be delivered to me.  If the shipping box was damaged then the product inside would be damaged.  But if the shipping box isn't damaged then damaged products were purposely sent to me.  This isn't good customer service.  I do not want to have to go to my local Sam's club to return the damaged cans.  The whole purpose of online home delivery is so I don't have to go to the physical location.  Please don't continue to ship already damaged products!  This is unacceptable!

Damaged products

This product is fine.  However, I have been buying rotisserie chicken for a while, and the last 3 I bought weren't fully cooked even though I watched the person use a thermometer on them.  I've had to recook them at home which changes the flavor.
