I really like this set and in fact bought a second one. The lids are very tight. VERY. And another thing I like is that every one in the set is a different size, but they all stack very nicely. I have developed arthritis in my hands and wrists and these are wonderfully easy to open and close. Had to give up lids that have to be turned and was glad to find these. If you are looking for a nice set of storage containers that seal very well, give these a try.

I love the lid closures!

These are nice for storage of dry products, look nice and haven't had much issue with them. My only concern has to do with the lid. Upon opening the package, I felt the need to wash these before putting food in them. They recommend hand wash, so I filled part of the sink with water and submerged each piece and washed thoroughly. After setting out to dry, I noticed there was still water in the lid. After some inspection, I realized that the rubber gasket that keeps the lid sealed isn't sealed to the lid, so water was under the gasket and since its essentially "airtight", the water could not evaporate or escape. To fix, I used toothpicks to provide room for water to escape, and turned the oven to the lowest heat setting I could (145F) and had to let the heat evaporate the water. It worked but was a pain and I'm sure would void any warranty if these things have one. Essentially I'm saying, BEWARE of washing the lids. Don't want to let water get trapped in them and start to mold.
