I have a carpet & upholstery cleaning business and have been using this solution made by Ecolab for 10 years. It's among the best I've ever used. I use 8-12 ounce per gallon of water in a 2 gallon pump sprayer (depending on the condition of the carpet) and clean water in the solution tank of the machine. Spray a liberal amount on the carpet and it gets the job done. It's such good cleaner I use it to degunk/degrease my equipment! At 6 bones and change for a gallon of concentrate it's the best value on the planet, hands stinking down!

This is my second time purchasing this product. It is cheaper than other brands,and is way cheaper. It lasts a long time. Only issue that I have is that it's not available in store, and I had to purchase 2. Last gallon lasted us for over two years. I highly recommend this product.

I have a small business of my own shampooing carpets and I used to buy the carpet shampoo from the Sam's Club right at the club but then they quit selling it there but they sell it online so I had to go to the premium Sam's Club membership which cost quite a bit of money in order for me to be able to order the carpet shampoo and to not have to pay shipping for each bottle I wish they would have kept just selling the shampoo at the store because then you didn't have to pay shipping or increase your membership to a higher membership. The shampoo works pretty good for shampooing carpets but as I said I had to increase my membership to even be able to order it and not have to pay shipping on each bottle which is one gallon jugs which would be a lot when I used to be able to just buy it right there at the store.

Quick shipping, and only about 2/3 the price of comparable cleaners that have less ounces. As far as cleaning goes, I couldn't tell the difference from other cleaners I have used in the Rug Doctor rentals, so why pay the price when you can't see the difference?

Best carpet cleaner on the market! We have used for years both in a spray bottle and in our machine. We have a dog that has gravis and is subject to frequent vomiting. This cleaner will clean carpets, leaving them odor free and soft to the touch. I also use on our tile floors , woodwork, and even on our painted walls. It really cleans it all. And believe me, when you have a dog that can't swallow food and constantly viomits, not only do I use a lot of paper towels but this cleaner actually cuts through the heavy mucus that she viomits up with her food. I have been disappointed not finding it in stores lately, but ended up ordering 4 gallons that only cost me 3 dollars for shipping thru Sam's . It came thru fedex in 3 days. All of the gallons were bubble packed and sealed entirely in plastic and in perfect condition.

This shampoo seems to work great. I did not give it a 5 as there may be other products I have not tried that exceeds this one. So far, none has done it. I am disappointed it is not carried as a standard item in the store as it used to be. It had to be shipped to my house at an extra cost of almost $10.

Great product! I had been waiting for it in the store for over a year. I used it when I sold my last house and it did a great job. The pandemic hit and I could not find it in the store and had to order it online. Because the price the performance of this product out performed other products I'd used in the past. I bought it for my parents my in-laws and my child everyone got a gallon.

This is probably the most effective carpet cleaner I have ever used. 4 small ounces fills the tank of my rug doctor and it can clean anything that I have tried it with, to date. I have 14 rentals, and this stuff id just a miracle worker! The price is low, there is no cloying scent to kick up my asthmas, just clean carpets and fresh air. The only problem with this product is that Sam's Club won't carry it in the club and it forces you to upgrade the membership to not have to pay out of the butt for shipping.

i used this shampoo on light gray carpeting that had lots of organic stains. This stuff did the job....just about all the stains came out. The carpet smells fresh and looks great. Reasonable in price compared to the big named brands. I will be buying this carpet shampoo from now on!!

This carpet cleaner is great! I like that it's blue but I like even more that it does such a great job cleaning my carpets and I have a lots or carpets that constantly needs cleaning, carpet in the living room, carpet in the hall, and accent carpets; it's like living in a carpet warehouse and before I was spending a fortune on other cleaners, bit this cleaner does the job; I've used it to remove jelly, marmalade, ketchup, mud, and other stains from my carpets and without fail it dislodges the filth and returns my carpets to a clean state. I wish it had a better name like RUGged Max! but aside from the simple name it does what it promises to do and clean carpets.
