This Epsom salt is great for soaking, my adult grandson uses it more than me. it's sizes is just great for me to buy in bulk.

This Epson salt works great, and is a much better price than what I have found in anywhere else. Great for helping to relieve pain and swelling. I always use this Epson salt to soak my feet and do a little in-home pedicure.

I'm 58 years old and work out 7 days a week on my elliptical. My daily workout routine runs between 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours going 8-12 miles a day. By the weekend, my knees are really feeling stressed out. I soak in my tub with this epsom salt and I feel recharged. I LOVE this product, along with the price!!
