These work great! I sleep through the night, and wake up not feeling groggy. Sometimes I cut the tablets in half, and still sleep great!

Have used different brands and Member's Mark brand is as good as if not better than other brands we have used.

The time released dosage definitely helps me sleep through the night. I'm very satisfied and will for sure buy it again.

I do not take it every night, but I do think it helps better than other sleep aids. And I am happy it is not a "gummy". Those are repulsive.

I tried this because it's 10mg and it's darn cheap. The quality of this brand is sub par. It doesn't knock me out the same way 5 mg from Nature Made does. I'm going back to my old brand.

We had the strawberry flavored ones. I bought this thinking it was the same thing and it's disgusting! So disappointed! Will have to go back to the expensive gummies. I want my money back!

I tried this for 2 weeks and did not work once. I still had troubles getting to sleep and staying asleep, when I did finally get to sleep I was restless. Will be trying another brand.
