Melatonin is so important to our body. This product is helpful for rest and circadian rhythm of cells. I ask if the buyer could carry melatonin fast dissolve with NO B6 in the ingredients. Vitamin B6 toxicity is real. I would buy lots of product if it was just the melatonin fast dissolve. Thank you!

Very happy with product.

This works in getting me to sleep, but you wake up after about 4 hours. Not only that, but the next day I have a headache the whole day.

It's super cheap but does not work. I take 120 mg of this every night and still can't sleep. I won't buy this again and I don't recommend it.

Time released? I don't get rested. I feel asleep the entire day. The gummies are way better. I'm not buying this ever again

Tried it four times each time it had the opposite effect. I would take it every night by 9:30 so that it would work by 10:30, couldn't sleep and tossed and turned all night until nearly 4 am. Waste of money.

We have tried many different melatonins that failed to keep our teen sleeping. This helps him get to sleep and keeps him sleeping through the night like none of the other 5 we have tried.
