I have tried several brands of melatonin and this by far is the best. Works really well for me. I used to take the kind that dissolved under your tongue but would sometimes wake up after 4 hours or so of sleep. This time release has really helped me get to sleep and stay asleep.

A day after I started taking this I developed severe diarrhea. Unfortunately for me it to took me a long time to determine that this melatonin was the cause. I feel like I wasted a month of my life. I have to give my daughter a big thank you as she told me to check the ingredients and when did I discovered it contain Magnesium Stearate which apparently can cause diarrhea. My problem when away the day after I stopped taking it.

Hasn't been working for me. I took it anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before bedtime for the last week or so, and 1) I did not quickly fall asleep any of those nights, 2) I woke up each night without being able to fall back to sleep for 2-4 hours and 3) though I was finally able to go back to sleep, eventually, when I had to get up for work in the morning, I did not feel well-rested. At all.

I love melatonin, it puts me to sleep quickly, but I wake easily.

This have me the worst headache, I do take melatonin gummies all the time.

The natrol melatonin 5mg tablets worked great. Tried this and doesn't work at all.
