Helps to fall asleep but awake after 3 hours and cannot go back to sleep. Definitely not recommended.

Stick with Natrol. This brand here does not help you fall asleep quickly. It took a few hours, and I woke up very drowsy the next day.

They are 10 MG if you take 2, a little misleading, so bottle lasts half of what you think with taking one

Very disappointed in this melatonin. I've used other brands that were 5mg that worked better, and to think this 10mg would be better.. But it's not effective at all.

I know that everyone is diffrent but for me I can't take these. My husband uses them ever night and they work great for him! I took one last night had it gave me the WORST nightmare I had ever had in my life! I will never take one again!

Melatonin 10mg time released absolutely works for me. Tried everything from prescription to over-the-counter to several natural products. This by far gave my wife and I the best results. I would highly recommend this product. Dave / Wisconsin
