Been taking this product for a long time.

Good product.

Aids sleep better than all the advertised brands that contain Melatonin

10 mg swallow pill of melatonin does just the trick - I prefer this solution over the gummy one

10 mg each.  250 tablets.  Generic flavor.  It works great.

Yucky going down.  Gummy's for adults is expensive

These work very well for sleeping. Large quantity that's inexpensive.

I was really hopeful these would work for me, but they either did nothing at all or caused mild upset stomach. I see mixed reviews for this product. It seems there is either a production issue (some reviews say it seems like a placebo) or maybe it's simply that melatonin is hit or miss. based on each individual.

Unfortunately these didn't work for me

These melatonin tablets are a reliable, pleasant way to get to sleep.  They have a soft texture, dissolve readily in your mouth and have a slightly sweet, fruity flavor.  They help to relax and settle your thoughts so that you can drift into sleep without any other aids.
