Has helped a lot. I still wake up, occasionally, during the night, but am able to go back to sleep most nights without much trouble.

These really work well for me. I usually take one about a 1/2hr before I'm going to bed. Usually wake up refreshed.

Just my personal preference, but I would not have bought this if I knew it was manufactured out of country. Indeed we may run into a problem even with medications made in the USA but I feel safer if manufactured in the USA.

I haven't taken this yet because my sleeping troubles have not been happening lately. I like the idea of having a supplement that promotes sleep and is a natural product. I will use this in the future when sleep eludes me.
