This is amazing for people who workout and love to sweat. I’ve noticed since I’ve gotten back into the gym that taking this vitamin helps me sweat so much more. Also gives so much energy thought out the day. I will continue taking this through my fitness journey.

please ignore the person who said this is a fake product because it changed the color of their urine. Every single time you take a b complex vitamin your urine is going to change to a different color of yellow. That doesn't make it fake. That's just what happens.

I like this vitamin B complex but the bottle that we purchased from Sam's Club in January 2025 had about 60 hairs in it! All over the sides and bottom of the inside of bottle. We dumped out all of the tablets and put some water in the empty container and all of the hairs clumped. We purchased a new bottle from Sam's Club today and this one is okay. The price went up by a dollar. We noticed that the tablets are a much brighter yellow than the ones that were in the bottle with all the hair in it.
