Also, in answer to question posted on a previous review: Any excess of water-soluble vitamins, like the Vitamin B complex or Vitamin C, are excreted through the urination process. These vitamins do not build up in the body so ant excess is excreted. This is why ones urine is bright yellow. That color is the B vitamins.
