Long history of acid reflux. Without some form of acid reducer, I would be in trouble. Took Zantac for years, but then it was pulled due to cancer warnings. Went to Prilosec, but my doctor said I had been on it to long. So now on Famotidine. Hopefully this will take care of it.

Helps in conjunction with my prescription omeprazole 40mg! I take Acid-Pep one a day at night. I take my prescription strength 40mg in the morning to control my acid reflux. This was recommended by my physician in Dallas before I moved to Hershey, PA.
