The description is false, these will melt and collapse in the microwave. Do not microwave! Otherwise great for salads, dry foods, cold foods. We use them so we don’t have to retrieve our bowls after community events.

Love these bowls for taking food to parties/potlucks. Don't have to worry about getting them back if I leave them or it goes missing and they have a ton of room. Just a warning- they are NOT dishwasher safe, despite being marked as such.
