Excellent product. Tissues are thick and soft. The box design is a little out there, but we use covers so it does not matter. It is tricky getting the first tissue out of the box. I find if I get a couple fingers under the fist one and slowly pull the tissues one side will come out more than the other. Keep pulling the side that more easily comes up and using this as your starter tissue has worked for us. You will get two tissues on the first pull, but after that you are set with no torn tissues.
