The tissues we bought must not be the same as the ones all of these 5 star reviewers bought. First, getting the box “started” has been awful. The first 10-15 tissues come out in shredded pieces b/c they are packed in so tightly. After those 15, the next 20 or so came out two at a time. Finally, they are not that soft. On a scale of 1-5, I would give them a 2. The bad news is we still 11 boxes to go!

I have just bought this item for the first time, and although the product itself is great, I probably will not buy again. The tissue are packed in the box so tightly that you really have to dig into the box to get a tissue out when you first open them. You end up pulling out 5-10 tissues just because they are packed so tightly. It's rather annoying and is enough to make me not buy them again.

Decent competitor to Kleenex brand 3 ply at a cheaper price (this is 2 ply). But, it sheds dust at a much higher rate than Kleenex. The counter where I keep the box gets coated in a layer of dust quickly. I would show you a picture if this app allowed it l.

The product itself is good - the packaging is awful. There's no way to pull just one tissue when the box is new, so you'll waste at least 1/4 of the whole box just getting the tissues started. And the ones that comes out first are useless because they're just a wad of torn tissue.

I've been buying this tissue for several years and I loved the teal, lime green, purple and white colors of the boxes. The recently changed them and I don't like them at all. If they are going to change the packaging, they really should show that in the picture. I know it's not a deal breaker in the grand scheme of things but sometimes it's the little things that make a lot of difference when you have to spend money on tissue. Wish they would go back to what is pictured.
