This was an easy set to use for my first big party. Would have been nice to have full size pans instead of the half's but that was easily rectified. Only thing really missing is covers for the pans but we made do with foil.

I bought them the day before my dogs birthday party (earlier this month). I bought two sets (1 for vegan & gluten free foods I made the other for everyone else). Got everything warmed up & out in their spots & even after the 2 hr mark, the food was still hot! Definitely buying them again when I throw another party

I ordered 3 sets for my graduation party... The sterno burnt through... Yes THROUGH 4 of the 9 bottom trays and one of the tray didn't use sterno and held salad so technically 4/8. One of my guests burnt their fingers trying to salvage one of the trays that got burnt though. The flames were so high and out of control we had to extinguish all they trays and out food just sat there and got cold. Do not under any circumstances purchase this item.

The rack designed for this holds the pan too close to the flame. It melted a hole through aluminum pan! Couldn't even use, waste of money!

Bought two sets for my daughter's wedding. This is a good deal and worked great. Half the price of party city.

Purchased this on short notice for a family gathering, and it was exactly what we needed to keep the food warm. Worked well with no issues.
