I'm happy I got this for my son's graduation party. It kept the food hot for about 3 hours. Next time I'll buy extra fuel cans. I like that it's disposable so clean up was easy. The serving spoons included are light weight so I recommend you use regular serving spoons.

Too flimsy for our use

We just bought this for our daughters graduation party and they worked great. We did buy the extra fuel which last for six hours instead of 2 hours. It kept the hamburger patters warm and moist. Dumped a can a beans in the other one and it warmed them up in about 30 minutes straight from the can. Clean up was very easy with the disposable pans. I recommend also buying lids for the half pans. it will help keep the food warmer and fresher.

Had to buy warming trays for 7 different business locations because the caterers where charging to much for the warming trays. The food we ordered for each location did not come with warming trays and the caterers wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount, so went on-line and found just what we needed at Sam's. Ordered what we needed and had the product shipped to our local store for pick up. Saved the company money and now each location has them to keep for another party. Completely satisfied.

I used these as directed for a dinner party. After about 15 minutes, one of the Sterno containers burned a hole through the water pan, flooding my buffet. I cleaned it up and replaced it, but 10 minutes later the second pan also had a hole. This is a good idea and I will use this set in the future, but replace the foil water trays with aluminum versions. I would never trust them again.

We set up 6 of these and the sternos were so hot they burnt holes in all the pans. Fortunately (sadly) the water in the pans put out the sternos so we didn’t burn down the house! We had to rearrange our dinner plans because we now had no way to keep the food warm. Very Disappointed!!

i was very impressed with the stability of the stands. I went to another wedding after i had ordered these that used commercial stainless steel that seemed wobbly, so i was a little worried, being that these are disposable. They were actually pretty sturdy and simple to use.
