I purchased three cases of these 6-hour Safe Heat. they work really well. The only disappointing thing is the price for this product has gone up.

Fantastic

I was having a party and needed these for my sturnos. I opened 6 of the 12 and half of them the wick was down in the oil. Not usable.

Disappointed

I bought these a month ago to be used at an engagement party - they're a great product - need someone around with some arm strength to open them.

Poor Quality Control for product:  several packages we've purchased lately have 1 or 2 cans with no wick.

I regularly buy these Member's Mark 6-Hour safe Heat Chafing Fuel w/Power Pad.  Every once in a while, I find a pack where one of the cans has leaked making it less than a 6-hour use.

Occasional Less than 6-Hour

Been buying 6-hour Safe Heat, for years, over other brands, because the flame was always consistent and lasted that long... Until someone had the idea of adding "The power pad"... Now the flame burns larger the first hours and then is not hot enough, considerably REDUCING the life of the can, even leaving fluid at the bottom unburned. WISH THE ORIGINAL  BACK.

I picked these up to keep the food for Thanksgiving nice and hot. The food tables were set up outside in the screened in porch area of the house. It was a cool day on Thanksgiving and these burners worked great to keep the food temperature hot. So I can attest they worked great in cool weather and stay lit for many hours. I can still use them again for another function.
