These are awful. Poor quality. Scratch easily. Not dishwasher safe. Food doesn't cook right on it, and sticks. Don't buy.

I bake in one and use another one for a lid and tape it on. they not only look great they cook great, and always shine if you don't use a dishwasher, but I don't bake a lot in them.

These are great pans. They hold a lot of food are very sturdy and clean up in a snap no matter what I've cooked on them. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on getting another set for me. Great price, too.

These cookie sheets are the best cookie sheets I've ever had. They are the right size, they evenly bake, and they will last a long time. I do not put them in the dishwasher and I wash them by hand. They are easily cleaned off especially if you use parchment paper. For the price of two cookie sheets you can't go wrong. These will last a long time even if they get a little scratched. I not only use it for cookies but also to make cookie bars or whatever else I need to bake.

I keep an extra set of these to give to my friends when they are helping me in the kitchen and remark at how "new" my pans are. I tell them I have had them forever. The key is NEVER put them in the dish washer, soak if you get baked on gunk and they will respond with shine.

Purchased these years ago for cookies, log cakes, and quick pan dinners. Quality aluminum and heats evenly in oven. I use bar keepers on the pans to keep them looking great. Suggestion would be to also buy a set of quality food grade silicone mats to replace the need for parchment. Silicone mats also help with even browning with a less baking time. I use the “French” company orange brand because they were gifted to me, but any good Food Grade silicone mat will work.
