The non stick surface works really well. The bottom of the pan appears is Aluminum and be careful when cleaning it that you don't use an abrasive pad since it shows scratches easily.

Excellent cookware. I’ve been using a couple of these pans for several years and they are still as non-stick as they were on day one. Great price for such quality.

I read about this frypan on line. It was rated as a 5* product. It is! Absolutely. No complaints. Have used it many times at all heats for about a month now. I have not tried it in the oven but intend to. Can not vouch for its durability .. yet. :-)

I bought this pan because my Wolfgang puck pan of 15 years crapped the bed so I got this one to replace it. Man oh man I feel like a professional chef now. Great pan! Conducts heat well. puts a nice sear on my steakems and totally tasty eggs. YAY!

This purchase fulfills all my needs. It enable me to get rid of 2 other fry pans that had handles bolted to the pan that were rusting due to washing in the dishwasher. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

These are great value, stand up the heat well and are truly non-stick even after heavy use. I have three of these pans (8,10, and 12) and they are all in heavy rotation in our kitchen. I rate these better than pans that are 10x more expensive!

Great pan, low cost. I like the silicone handle. Supposedly it’s removable; doesn’t feel like it but I think that’s good, it won’t fall off. Doesn’t stick. I haven’t had it long but so far so good.

Seems well made, durable. Works perfectly. No stick. Clean up is super fast. Can't beat the price for such high quality. I would definitely buy this again.

This pan is hefty and sturdy. The rubber handle is again sturdy and comfortable. It's easy to clean. I may buy other pans similar b/c it's so good!

These are just the best non stick skillets; previously I had purchased an 8 inch and loved it so much, had to have the next size up. Heavy duty, well built, cleans up nicely
