I can imagine using this as a cutting board because it can be sanitized and I used this material for 30 of my 40 year meat cutting career. The sliding issue mentioned can be handled by using foam pads between the board and counter top surface. Our industry boards were ¾" thick supported by metal frame tables and although I miss them, I still prefer end-stock wood for my kitchen use. BUT what I have used several of these boards for is making woodworking jigs. As the "gravy groove" maker remarked, the material is extremely easy to rout, shape, and cut. It is incredibly well suited for jigs because it doesn't swell or shrink like wood fiber. Photo is of table saw guides to be attached to a miter sled.

I do a lot of repackaging of Sam's Club meats for our use. And this cutting board is the one I always reach for. I do have a piece of rubber shelf liner I keep with mine to stop it from slipping in the granite counter-tops. But it is great to work with and a breeze to wash up.

A little too big for everyday home use

Good board but Needs drip channels cut around it.

After just 2 uses was cut up with deep slice marks,

Slippery, a bit warped, and it wobbles, and spins while I'm working on it. Not a fan.

Warped. Never even washed it, just has a curved shape to it. You also need to use something on bottom side to keep it from sliding. Returned.

I've had three of these. They have all warped so badly that they spin on my countertop when I try to chop anything on them.

The best cutting board we have used in our kitchen. Strong and it doesn’t get cut marks like others we’ve used. The size is nice, but it would be great if these were made in smaller sizes.
