Bought it for work employees

The knives were all bent and not straight.

We purchased a set of this plastic wear for a party, rolling them napkins. We were inspecting the plastic wear prior to rolling. We ended up with over 50 pieces of the set defective. The forks was most common defective, followed by knives, snd the spoons. Some of the forks had un even ends or really short ones, some of the knives ends were incomplete or knives were bent, and spoons missing part of the ends. They were broken but it's clearly some issues in quality control during manufacturing process. We even found a few pieces with fabric inside the actual pieces. I chatted with customer service to let them know about issue not to get refund but since it is Members mark product Sam's Club has it manufactured. The customer service rep didn't seem to care. I don't know how common issue is but expect there to be some percentage defective pieces. I my case it was a little over 7%.

I purchased this product a couple months back in preparation for an upcoming baby shower. While wrapping the cutlery within the napkins for the upcoming shower, the combo pack was short 15 or so knives. I contacted Sam's and they immediately took care of the situation for me. I have purchased this item before over the years. As far as quality of the cutlery, we've always been quite pleased. We use the combo packs for party's, showers, holidays, etc.

I purchase the supplies for a law firm, and we go through the spoons very quickly! I wish this brand would make boxes JUST for spoons because we would probably be their number one buyer! Otherwise, the utensils are sturdy, look good, and they have never been defective or 'peeling' like some plastic products would. We still buy these when we're all out of all the utensils, but I wish they would make boxes just of spoons!

With most other plastic utensils, the tines break off the fork very easily. I have never had any of these utensils break. They are sturdy and dishwasher safe (at least, that has been my experience), and I think they look more elegant than white plastic.

This is a great product we use it in our lunch room. We have an office of about 4 employees. This product does not melt. This product can pick up heavy foods like meats. These plastic utensils do not break. So yea we are happy and going to order more when we run out.

We have been buying these every since we got married and wanted something nice but disposable for the wedding. They were perfect! Since then I have used them at home, at other weddings that I've planned, at birthday parties and at our dance studio. They are a permanent fixture and I never buy the white plastic cutlery anymore! I love these because they are everything you could need and more than do their job.

Overall the quality of this cutlery is pretty good & the price is quite reasonable. They're not tiny, child size, they're strong, and the clear appearance is far more attractive than that painfully bright white 🕶️ cutlery. The spoons and forks were 'normal.' (D-O-I-N-K---yep, that is the sound of that other shoe 👠 droppin' ) The knives...how to describe the knives??? They can best be described as BENT. More than two-thirds of the knives were bent to the side, just above the tang. Not a smidge bent, but A LOT bent - about 45 degrees I never considered how difficult it would be to spread butter, PB & J, anything... with a crooked knife 😲 ! I'll say this, it takes getting used to; but should I have to get used to it? 😕 💬 I think not!

Good Value. Good Quality. However, there are NOT 120 of each fork/spoon/knife. Purchased 2 boxes to individually wrap for graduation party, and BOTH boxes were short 20+ forks alone. Also short spoons and knifes. Would never have known if not making individual packets for party. Who knows how often this happens.
