I'm general items buyer for my church. The sexton (a fancy name for the person who cleans the place) loves this product, and does all the linoleum with it weekly.

This product is terrific, no rinse clean and clear with a nice clean lasting fragrance. I hope they start offering this fragrance again. The new Lavender one is ok but the discontinued pink solution seems to be discontinued.

Needed to find new floor cleaner after my usual one was recalled. This is good price for big bottle, and it lasts long time. As for performance, it cleans all types of floors really well and does not leave any residue. Also, there is no strong smell, just a clean scent.

I didn't want a floor cleaner with a strong scent nor did I want one that was harsh on tile floors. This cleaner checks both boxes. You don't need to use a lot of this cleaner for it to do a good job. If you use too much it will definitely leave a film. A little of this goes a long way.

I used this product twice on an extremely dirty rented storage room floor. It did an ok job of removing surface dirt, but it didn't do any better than a off-the-shelf cleaner that cost a lot less. The price of the cleaner isn't too high, but I had to pay shipping which cost more than the cleaner and actually I am rather disappointed with the results. It cleaned but only removed surface dirt.

I have used this for years and have always been able to buy it one container at a time. Now it's only available in a case of 4. I purchased it that way this time because I wanted he product but it's just far too much. I won't need any for years. Please bring it back by the individual container.

We have been using this floor cleaner since 2008 with great success. Has the formula been changed recently? We have purchased 22 gallons thus far this year and most have had little to no scent and no foaming action. The soap by itself lacks a slippery texture. Please advise.

I purchased this on a whim because it stated it is no rinse and can be used on tile, vinyl and hardwood. I thought, yeah right. Well, YEAH RIGHT! I clean all of my hard floors with just this one solution. It has a light fresh scent, not heavy and cleans wonderfully with no residue.

I just used this floor cleaner for the first time. I love this stuff. What I mostly notice is how it feels to walk barefoot on my floors now. There doesn’t feel like there’s a “film” on them. Someone had mentioned a shine. I noticed that too. Just a slight shine, but it’s there. I can’t attest to the smell, as an illness has taken my ability to smell. Previously I have used Fabulosa, but this beats it, hands down. The floor just FEELS clean.

Does a great job and doesn’t streakon white tile floors.
