May be fine for a commercial floor where your not living on it every day. Could never find the right balance of cleaner to water, so much easier cleaning home floors with something else. Will not buy again.

I bought this to try it because it was cheap in price I really did not expect it to work that well but it does it puts a sign on a floor I cannot believe plus it cleaned every bit of dirt off the floor I didn’t know that was on there I will be buying it from now on

I got this for the house cleaner and said sample an area since I just waxed the hardwood with three coats that week. She did all seemed good, no loss of shine and no hazing anywhere. We did the whole floor and it looks fine. So I am very pleased. One jug makes sixty gallons so it's cost effective as well. Don't smell it at all. Housecleaner seems to like it.

I bought this because of the reviews and was looking forward to cleaning my tile floors.. The floors looked clean but this morning when I stepped into the shower my bare feet were slipping pretty good on the shower floor.. Also when I walk on the floor it appears to be really sticky. To get the cleaner off my floors I had to use water in my steam mop. Has anyone else came across this problem?

I've tried a lot of floor cleaners over the years and have been disappointed with the "no-rinse" cleaners because they seemed to leave a yucky, dirt-collecting film on the floor that just made it harder to clean the next time. Surprisingly, this cleaner leaves your floor clean and shiny without that awful film! It has a faint ammonia smell, which isn't my favorite smell, but thank goodness it isn't nearly as over whelming as most others. My kitchen always looks great after a quick mop with this cleaner. So glad this is available these days!

It do a great job. It cleans better than others with just a bit in water, it doesn’t leaves stains in my floor and smell clean and my floors looks clean. I have to mop a lot, kids and dogs drive me crazy and more with light colored floors is a disaster but with this cleaner and my ice dar spray mop that I bought in Sam’s too is the glory. Another great members mark otoduct from Sam’s.
