Plastic is grey

Usually I don't like the taste of this water, but I drink it because it is cheaper than others, my husband and mother-in-law do like it, but recently for more than a month, the bottles are not clear, I don't complain if thre plastic is thinner, but why is the plastic gray now? It is not a neutral transparent, it is gray, I don't know if it affects the taste, before I could tolerate drinking this water, now it tastes even worse than before. Prices are increasing while the quality of products and containers are decreasing.

Cheaper flimsy bottles

Water is good and the price is even better. However, the bottles and caps are so cheap when you open the bottle water spills all over. They leak as well, you can plainly see the water laying in the plastic wrap. Come on Sam's, give us a better quality product.... We pay to shop here, and this is the best you can do..?

Painfully hard to open, tasty, good bargain.

The taste of the water is excellent. The pricing is simply unbeatable. However, plastic is so thin that the bottle deforms easily making the bottom no longer flat, thus not able to stand straight on a table. Most importantly, it is very hard to open. The cap is so small that there is not enough contact area. So, there is not enough grip to generate the twisting force to open it. I give free cold water bottles to my clients during hot days, and it is embarrassing to see them struggle unsuccessfully to open it. At the end of the day, I find unopened water bottles lying around the lobby area. I have resourced to hand out the water bottle together with a paper napkin so they can have a fighting chance to open it. Please, make the cap taller so we can open it. For now, I have switched to other brands that are easier to open and a bit thicker. Although other brands are pennies more expensive, they fulfill their purpose.

Horrible Lids

We switched from Nestle to these because they were a better value and to me bottled water is bottled water. The other plus was that they were still using the larger lids. Not so anymore. They just recently switched to the smaller lids and they are worse than the Nestle lids. They are extremely tight and the ridges are very pronounced to the point that they hurt your hands because you have grip really tight to get them off. About 75% of the bottles I have to get my husband to open for me, which makes them a bit useless. I didn't like the Nestle lids, but I could at least open the bottles. So, if you don't mind the lids, they are a great value, but I for one hope they change the lids.

Bottle not Bpa free

The water tastes great. But the bottle I wish was bpa free....Aldi has bottled water that is bpa free....I hope Sam's will make there membersmark nap soon...The consumer is willing to pay a little more per bottle for a safer product,,until then I recommend Aldi....there bottles are bpa free..

Poor packing and labeling

I have sold the Nestles water for several years. Now Sam's Club has discontinued the Nestles in the store and replaced it with this. The packaging is flimsy and they need a better label and name. Come on, you could come up with a better name and catchier label than "Purified Water" I switched to the Ice Mountain bottles much better name and label. Just a small cut in the profit margin.

I normally like this water

I have been buying this water for over 3 to 4 years, but recently I brought 4 packs and the water was smelling, after pouring the water in a cup I re smell the bottle to realize it was the plastic that was smelling. I am disappointed in the smell as Sam's have been a great provider for cheap but good quality water

A+

As A Single Mom, As Well As Utilizing These For Fundraising, The Is Simply No Better Deal. I'm Not Saying There Isn't A Bottle Cap Issue But I Haven't Had That Experience. I Watch And Budget Very Closely And I Have Never Found A Better Deal. Definately Will Be Getting Long Term With No Regreats!

Great deal on water, just don't like the bottles!

You absolutely cannot get a better deal anywhere on regular bottled water than you do on this. However, I would pay a few cents more for better bottles. They crunch easily, not as solid as the Dasani bottles. Only suggestion I have, but will continue to buy since we blow through so much bottled water lol. Tammy H.

Great water, good price

I gave 5 stars, because I'm unable to rate it 4.5. It's better than a 4 star product. I purchase alot of bottled water to drink plain or sometimes to add flavoring. I find the Members Mark bottled water to be comparable to the brand name I normally purchase. My only complaint is the caps are very small. Otherwise it's a great price for the additional bottles. So I'll continue to buy these, because I get so many more bottles. I've read some of the other complaints - I have NEVER had the water taste bad, dirty or like it has something in it besides water. The taste has always been clean and fresh, not like some others tasting like plastic.
