A solid bean. I’m a long way off from a coffee snob but my family thinks I am. They drink Folgers, meh. We do bring the beans the night before but it makes a great drip coffee or pressed coffee. I use four scoops for a pot and one large cup does the trick, every time. Nice flavor, not bitter and always smooth. Perfects beans for a home brew that won’t break the bank.

My January receipt shows $15.98. It disappeared from the store for a couple of months and came back $2 higher and a couple of months later its $2 higher. A $4 increase in 6 months! It's so close in price to the name brands that it would be worth the small increase to get the substantially better coffees. This one isn't bad, isn't great. For the former price of $15.98 the mediocrity was worth it but the high price doesn't!

Favorite coffee beans. As any espresso lover knows (including myself), precision and consistency are everything when it comes to pulling the perfect shot.… Craft Coffee Guru. This right here is the perfect balance no bitter notes. Middle is just where you need to be :)

I recently tried Member’s Mark Colombian Supremo and found it underwhelming. Right out of the bag, the coffee had a sour, musty smell that suggested it wasn’t fresh. Brewing only confirmed this: the flavor was sharp and dominated by an unpleasant bitterness, without the smooth body or balance expected from a good Colombian coffee. Instead of a clean, bright acidity, it tasted harsh, astringent, and stale. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that lacked the richness and freshness a Supremo should deliver.

This coffee was one of the main reasons that we have maintained our membership over the years. It was once consistently of high quality and taste, and a great value. Our last couple of bags have been remarkably tasteless but the price has gone up. We were hoping that maybe we just got a bad batch, but the last bag is the same.

What a wonderfully robust cup of coffee. This coffee is so full of flavor. We typically buy the 8 o clock Dark Roast Italian Expresso but this Medium to Dark Roast is definitely making me change my mind on which one is my favorite! I have decided I will buy this Member’s Mark whole bean and keep the other in ground form when I don’t feel like grinding beans! So happy I found this coffee!

Sams was out of our favorite Eight o Clock Colombian coffee, so thought I’d give this a try. Didn’t notice that this was a medium dark roast, so probably would not have bought, as we are medium roast coffee drinkers. That being said, this is still very good coffee, just not our favorite! Beans were very fresh and certainly a good value if you like a darker roast.
