I purchase this for my husband and he is a coffee drinker since childhood. He also doesn't like change. The more consistent the product the less headaches I have. He likes coffee thats a little stronger than a medium roast but not a full dark if that helps.

I'm not a sophisticated coffee reviewer but i am a big fan of quality coffee. This one checks all the boxes for me. I like dark roasts with a hearty flavor from the region or the particular bean, not artificial. Most important, my wife loves it and i can get it at a great price from Sam's.

I’ve been buying coffee online from a coffee distributor for years and the coffee roast was city roast Colombian and I was paying $8/lb, well they changed the roast and said they didn’t but it left me needing to find a new roast. I tried many different ones until I found this one that is roasted darker than most Colombian roasts are traditionally! For a Store Brand i was completely taken back by the aroma and taste. i followed the instructions both on the package and from other coffee sources regarding how much coffee to use with an 8 oz cup of water. Each and every time the coffee performed exceptional. i would definitely recommend this coffee

Let me share my favorite things about this delicious coffee! First, I love the whole beans and the design of the bag, it’s beautiful & useful, it has a way to reseal it after opening to keep your beans as fresh as possible. It smells delicious and the taste is my favorite! It has hints of chocolate and hazelnut and has nice bold & smooth flavors! We like our coffee fairly strong so on my coffee pot settings I put our strength on 5 and the water level at 6 (which makes two lovely cups of delicious coffee) we add a little honey and heavy cream to make it extra sinful! This is my must have every morning!!

We drank name brand of coffee for years. Great flavor, good bargain, no complaints. One day, our local Sam's was out of our favorite so we tried this. Wow!! Terrific taste, great bargain and your local club will NEVER be out of it! It was worth the switch!

I have been purchasing this coffee at the store, but the 8 o'clock whole bean coffee could only be purchase online and I had to pay shipping. I mix the two together for the perfect blend of coffee. Thank you for making it available for free shipping. I use to dread having to pay shipping and was considering a local coffee roster to purchase beans. Free shipping kept me as a customer!

This is a delicious whole bean coffee. 100% Colombian bean which can be hard to find. Unfortunately no longer available in store, Sam’s Club has made the unfortunate decision to discontinue carrying whole bean coffee at the store. It must be ordered online but worth the hassle.

Although I prefer a darker roast, this is very well balanced and leans towards the dark side. The beans are slightly oily. Nutty with a hint of chocolate. Nice for espresso. I also really appreciate that they are Fair Trade certified. Incredible price, you get more than what you pay for. IMO, just as good as most Starbuck offerings.

Our new favorite bean. Honestly, we’d pay way more for this now that we know how good it is. (I probably shouldn’t tell Sam’s that. Dang it. Forget I said that.) This is our go-to coffee now. The fact that it’s a bargain is really just icing on the cake.
