Good deal

Very good taste ..

The quality has never been the same with the members mark oil Does not have the taste of extra virgin olive oil

This is an excellent EVOO, for a great price. Why pay more, for your general cooking needs? Use this oil for sauteing, roasting, in dips, salad dressings, and for deep-frying. Yes, that's correct -- the old "conventional wisdom" that myopically focused on cooking oil "smoke points" and that allegedly deemed EVOO to be unsuitable for deep-frying, has been totally debunked and overruled by newer scientific data. The new studies show that EVOO (followed by virgin avocado oil, in second place) maintains its oxidative stability better than any other fat or cooking oil, when exposed to prolonged high heat. This means that EVOO resists breaking down into harmful chemicals, during deep-frying. Check it out for yourself.
