The Fresh Gourmet Cranberry & Pecan topping was a great addition to my spring mix balsamic dressed salad. The pecan pieces were just the right size & small enough for easy mixing in a salad or yogurt parfait. They did not skimp on them either, as it was about a 50/50 mixture to cranberries. I liked how they were honey roasted too! The cranberries tasted good, nice and sweet, but would be fine with even less added sugar. Fresh Gourmet Cranberry and Pecan toppings is a great product to top off a solid. I initially thought it would be just literal dried cranberries and pecans just mixed together but it's more than that. The pecans are slightly glazed and roasted.
