[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These disposable cups are great! I didn’t think I’d use them as often as I did but they’re really convenient when traveling or when you don’t want to lug around an empty reusable coffee cup all day. The textured coating added to the outside of the cup was a surprisingly nice feature. It helps add to the grip of the cup but also keeps your hands from burning from the coffee! The lid is a little weak but I didn’t experience any leaking.

I use these all the time since I have issues with my hand and cannot carry those heavy travel cups. I do wish they would make the bottom heavier/stronger to last longer without getting soggy and leaking. I have to use 2 cups, one inside the other to prevent leaks.

Warning to those of you who also may have assumed that a product image featuring a lid included would mean LIDS ARE included. They are not. In fact, its buried in the tech specs that they are sold separately. These are useless without a lid, if you're trying to move at all while drinking hot coffee. Ridiculous!

I always prefer the Chinette cups, but since they were out of stock, I purchased Dixie. They arrived very fast, but the cups all have an oily feel to them. There are droplets at the bottom of the package. If it were not for the pandemic and no other cups available, they would be returned. Have to rinse each one before using.

Scattered throughout my 160 count pack were numerous cups that leaked where the containment bottom should have met the sidewall. Some of the leaks were not easily visible resulting in a few messes. Others, like the first cup failure, would have been evident if I had thought to look. Bad cups were dispersed among good cups, so I eventually found that I could no longer trust this package. I definitely do not recommend this for any of your beverages, especially HOT ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dixie to go cups are super convenient for busy mornings, guests, or corporate coffee bars. The cups are sturdy, don’t leak and the resealable lids actually stay in place. I do wish the packaging were different so lids are not all at the same end. I only wish to set out a fee at a time and leave the rest stored in the sleeve so they remain protected and clean . If the lid and cup placement were alternated in the bag I could easily get what I need without having to empty the whole sleeve.

We’ve used Dixie insulated cups for a long time and they used to be great. That’s why this was disappointing. With these recent purchases, the insulation just isn’t there anymore. When you pour a hot drink, you can feel the heat right through the cup, and it can actually burn your hand just carrying it to the table. That was never an issue before. The cups also seem thinner and don’t hold up as well. After sitting for a bit, some start to soften and I’ve even noticed slight seepage from the bottom, which we never had happen in the past. Something has definitely changed with the quality. These used to be reliable for hot drinks, but lately they don’t perform the same.

I didn’t even know these cups were sold without lids, but apparently they are. I have 176 “insulated” cups without lids now! Such a bummer, because the insulation doesn’t work as well without the lid, so this pack defeats my purposes. I gave 3 stars because this is still a good cup, but had to dock it 2 stars for not including lids. I assumed they were in there, so that’s my fault I didn’t make sure, but they’re included at other Mass stores, so I didn’t even think to check. Just beware if you’re considering buying this package of PerfecTouch cups!
