Love the lids concept, however they've had a manufacturing defect for months (if not longer) that for some reason isn't being fixed. It seems like there is no quality assurance, as I've continued to run into this problem for over 6 months! When I purchase a cup of coffee at my local coffee outlet, my cup has dixie lid TP 9542/X002AA that has a slide opener to take a drink. In order for this to work properly, the lid requires a vent hole for the coffee to flow. The lid has a designed pin-hole vent, however the implement used to make the pin hole is obviously wore out or simply needs adjustment, as almost every lid I've got for over 6 months requires me to manually puncture that hole (in order for the coffee to flow out), because it only has the imprint of a hole, but doesn't go completely threw the lid. This is very inconvenient when you're trying to drive and you have to somehow put a hole in the lid of your coffee. I hoped Dixie's quality assurance team would catch the defect, however its been over 6 months if not longer since I've noticed the problem, and its irritating to say the least. Please fix your lids!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dixie To Go Cups are very handy to have. The insulated cup has a nice, soft surface that is easy to hold. I like the colors and different designs. My favorite says “currently caffeinating”. They keep my coffee warm (without burning my fingers) and my water/soda cool. The snap-on lids are very sturdy and I did not have any trouble with them sitting tight on the cup - no leaks! I will certainly keep using the product for drinks on the go.

He was excited to use them and, even though he still left them all over the house, at least I enjoyed the cute sayings each cup had. They were well made and kept his coffee warm well after he left the cups behind!

I am a big fan of the disposable coffe cups made by Dixie. Having tried many different Brands in the past I find Dixie to be the only one that protects the hand from the hot liquid inside the cup. One problem with this particular product is the seam line running down the side of the cup. I often find that hot coffee tends to seep through this seam causing the cup to leak. This occurs infrequently but nonetheless is disappointing when you find coffee stains on your clothing as you are entering work. I cup pictured below has only been in use for approximately 30 minutes. I still use this product regularly but am posting this in hope quality control measures can be adjusted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did not keep my coffee hot for very long. Cold drinks seem to stay cold better than hot drinks staying hot. It is convenient when I need a to go cup. I don’t like that the cup not lid are not recyclable. The patterns are a bit “girly” though. Would be better if the print was more neutral. As a guy, I don’t really want to carry a cup that has pink on it, or script writing. My wife likes that part though.
