I ordered 12 ounce cups and you substituted 8 ounce cups in place of my order. You sent me a two year supply of the wrong size and charged me over $50.00 for them. I am giving serious thought to dropping our membership because of this issue.

I started buying these cups when my daughter and I started working from home. We’re both coffee lovers and like the convenience of these disposable cups.

These cups work great for our cafe at church! No need for those sleeves to protect your hand from the heat. And better to purchase three quantities of 176 at $17.24 each for $51.72 then $62.63 for 500 qty! Gotta do the math! You'd think you'd be getting a better deal! Think again! That's a big difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the Dixie To Go cups. They kept my drink warm for about an hour, which is perfect for busy mornings. The cups are sturdy and didn’t feel flimsy at all, so I felt totally comfortable taking them in the car without worrying about spills or leaks. They’re convenient, reliable, and great for on-the-go coffee or tea. I’ll definitely keep these on hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Dixie hot/cold to-go cups complimentary in exchange for my honest review. They could not have come at a better time. They were perfect for hot cocoa during car rides to see Christmas lights with my children. I also love a good cup of tea, but as a mom, my ceramic mugs go cold so quickly. These cups hold in the heat (or cold) very well. I don’t always like to use disposable cups, but in a pitch, these work perfectly for a quick morning coffee, or on a hot day for cooler beverages. I poured my hot tea in it and it was still piping hot for about 25 minutes, and warm for an additional 15 until I finished it!

Bought these for our church breakfast on Sundays. They are the right size and keep everything nice and warm. The lids are mostly used if someone is planning to leave the kitchen. The best is that they can be ordered online and are in on the date provided.

We have used thousands of these cups over the years and they are absolutely reliable and affordable. Styrofoam cups may insulate a bit better, but they can also occasionally leak and even one small leak in a thousand cups is unacceptable. Also, the matching lids fit snugly and have never leaked. All in all, a great product at a very fair price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Dixie To Go cups have been a winter staple for me. They keep hot drinks warm while still being comfortable to hold, which is perfect for busy mornings or sipping outside in the cold. The lids fit securely, so I don’t worry about spills on the go, and they feel sturdy… not flimsy like some other disposable cups. Practical, reliable, and ideal for hot beverages when you’re out and about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start- these are a great sized cup for a hot drink. I think these are a cute print and I like the lid- it fits securely on the cup. These are very insulated and they do not leak. The material is nice for these cups. They absorb well because after using it all morning, there is no leakage or condensation.

I have used these 20 ounce cups for several years. I liked the stable, wide and shorter cups. Just purchased, and discovered the design has changed. The 20 ounce cups are taller, and more slender. Cups do not fit my vehicle cup holder well. Too much play, with wobble when turning corners. Disappointed with this design change. Also, I have not found a lid to fit. The old 20 ounce lids do not fit. Attached photos have old 20 ounce cup on left, and new cup on right.
