I've been buying the to-go cups for quite some time now the past two packages I bought have been defective, the bottoms blew out spilling coffee everywhere burnt my boyfriend's ankle I threw that batch out open the second pack only to find none of the lids fit properly, they kept falling off and coffee kept spilling everywhere, so I threw that batch of Cups out as well I've included a picture to show how the bottom blew out, needless to say I'm a little skeptical about buying these cups again never had a problem before until now, not sure if you're using cheaper materials to make the cups but I would like an answer or some type of response why this happened to the two packages I bought thank you Monique Jenoure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these a few days ago and I'm so glad that I did. They are very comfortable and soft. The lids stay on so that's my favorite part about them and they fit perfectly in my cup holders in my car. Definitely buy these.

We have been purchasing these cups from Sam's Club for years. They were always a great quality cup until about 6 months ago. I thought that maybe I had just gotten a bad batch of the cups but after 1-2 uses they were leaking/weeping out of the bottom. Normally I could use the cup for 3-4 cups of coffee throughout the day (occasionally use the same cup for a couple of days). Not the case anymore. I assume that the quality of the cup has changed because I have gone through quite a few bags that were purchased months apart and I am still having the same issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a disposable hot/cold cup these are awesome. They keep hot beverages nice and hot for quite a while but yet are not to hot to handle. There was very little sweating on out side of cups with either hot or cold beverages.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cups are great for taking my coffee on the go. They hold a large amount of coffee, which I prefer. They're thick enough to keep the coffee hot but not burn my hand. The lids are secure and the coffee only comes through the intended hole, no leaks or drips. It's nice having a set of these at home to grab and go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The whole family loves these to go cups for our coffee. I like the cute design and the outside doesn't get too hot to carry. One suggestion is pack them so it is easy to get one cup and one lid out at a time. Overall we highly recommend!!!

I have been buying these cups for years and they were great. The last 3 times I have purchased them, the lids keep cracking, resulting in coffee spilling on me when I am driving and go to take a sip. Sometimes the lids are already cracked before I put them on the cup, other times the lid cracks when I push it onto the cup. Please fix this!

I have been using Dixie hot cups for years. Since the design has changed to the black stripe with green design ( butterly ?) I have had a problem with the cups leaking from the bottom of the seam on the side. It doesn’t start as soon as you fill it it takes a few minutes. I have had different packages so it’s not just one - it is happening to all that I have purchased. I would not recommend the new design cups at this time. I never had a problem with the previous designed cup - it seemed stronger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We buy the cups because it's way for my little girls to brush their teeth and mouthwash. They find it fun to pick a cup that is their favorite color. They are all under the age of 10, so anything to make things fun and easy to do- I'm all about it!
