5 Oz. Cups color comes off with damp hands and sink and hands discolor. I have box of 60's style design.....very disappointing...

I've been buying these cups for a couple of years. The last three packages I have bought leak badly. It seems Dixie is not doing quality control

over half of these cups leaked from the bottom , had to throw away most of them.. and I bought a huge amount!

We bought these and they had tiny holes at the bottom where it "seams". Thought it was just a bad batch but the second purchase had a similar problem. These are great cups but the quality control for our last two purchases was lacking.

i have loved these 20 oz cups for years - they were great. the most recent purchase are terrible. each cup the paper side gets very soft down by the bottom. and will not last for refils or 2nd use.

I just bought a 92 pack of 20oz cups because I still had a couple hundred @0 oz tops from the minimum 1000 tops that came in the pack. The 20 oz cup sizes have changed and now the tops are too large

I always buy the biggest pack of these cups that I can find, I think it's a 60 pack. But this time, I got a bad batch. Every single one of them leaks at the seam after 2-3 hours. Not a single one leaked from the last pack that I bought, and sometimes I use them for two days! This one is only 2 hours and it's ready to leak out, same as yesterday!! I'm stuck with over a month of leaky cups!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that it would be hard to right a review on paper cups but as paper cups go these are the Rolls Royce of paper cups. Hot or cold liquids are not a problem and they have these great lids that allow you to sip out of them and not get anything on yourself. I rate them an A+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love when the weather changes and it gets cooler outside. Chilly mornings are perfect for sipping on something nice and hot. While most times I use a reusable hot mug, there are instances where I don’t want to. Like when I know I’m going for an early morning walk outdoors and will be out for awhile, I don’t want to be carrying a big mug. These hot cups are perfect, just the right size, and they keep my drink hot. Then, when I’m done, I toss them and still have my hands free for doing other things. These cups are just what’s needed for convenience. I’m a Dixie fan and know that when I buy their products I’m getting quality every time.

I have been buying these cups for years and they were great. The last 3 times I have purchased them, the lids keep cracking, resulting in coffee spilling on me when I am driving and go to take a sip. Sometimes the lids are already cracked before I put them on the cup, other times the lid cracks when I push it onto the cup. Please fix this!
