[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just discovered Dixie to go. I've lost or left behind so many travel mugs, I've given up. Now I don't have to feel bad about that. I've switched to Dixie 12 ounce, insulated, paper cups. Besides keeping my tea hot, it's nice to hold. I don't need an extra paper sleeve, and it doesn't slip out of my hand. There are 14 cups in the package, and they have assorted designs. (We won't be getting our drinks mixed up.) I haven't had any leaks, and they fit in my cupholder well. They are very sturdy; I have reused them for multiple refill and they do not show any signs of being soggy.

I am writing to let you know that I have used your Dixie To Go cups for years. Loved them. The last package I bought - the lids kept splitting open when I was securing them to the cup. I thought maybe I just had a defective package. So I bought another one. The same thing happened. They are splitting where the opening to drink is. I feel that the plastic is just too thin and when you go to press them down on the cup (and I have been soooo gentle in doing this) they just can't handle the pressure of bending slightly to go over the rim. I am so disappointed because they were just the best to go cups. Now I have to find another brand. I wonder if you have received any other complaints. This has to be happening to other people. I have enclosed some pictures so you can see the problem. Thank you for listening to my problem.

These cups leak when applied with hot liquids. The bottom gets soggy and eventually breaks off. Its annoying. This is a manufacturing flaw. They did not test this product with hot liquids. I'm surprised because Dixie products use top of the line paper materials.

We have been using Dixie cups to go for years. Recently Dixie changed the lids to be a one size fits all. They crack every morning, it is so frustrating. They don't crack when putting it on, they crack some time during the drive and when you go to take a sip you spill coffee on your work clothes.

I love these cups, they certainly come in handy. The only complaint or advice is when you place the lid on the cup, do not have the hole where you drink from lined up with the seam of the cup. I have done this happen a couple of times (forgetting) and liquid came from under the lid where at the seam (uneven), the edge creates a slight hole for liquid to come out when tilted. Anywhere else is fine.

I am so disappointed that at least half of the to go cup lids are cracked. I discovered this when I picked up a cup and the whole thing came apart and then the coffee was all over my kitchen table, chairs and floor. Originally I thougt I hadn't put the top on propersly, but then when I went to make another cup, I noticed that the lid was cracked (and so were several of them in the package.) Needless to say, I won't purchase these anymore.

I don't like the polystyrene foam cups. when I push the lid on, the cup collapses and coffee spirts out of the sip hole on top. This is the white cup with the geometrical diamond patterned. I have look on the dixie website and no way to contact them just to let them know so be careful with these cups.

My family and I have enjoyed using Dixie To Go cups for several years, with no problem. Unfortunately the cups from the most recent package I bought with the new design leaks around the bottom. I hope it's just a bad batch because we like these cups!

I use these all the time. The last package I bought has a hole in the side of the cup where the seam is put together. Not very happy to have my coffee leak on me.I thought maybe it was just one of the cups but it was all of them. Not sure of the cup number on how to report it.

I just opened up a new sleeve of 26 cups and lids. I used my third one today and threw away my third one also. The minute you fill the cup with hot water (for tea) and try and put the lid on, the cylindrical part of the cup pushes down over the circular bottom and it starts to leak. Not a good design.
