Every lid I've used has cracked after the first sip. Coffee stains are not a good look... please fix this

I bought 1000 12 oz cups and 500 lids. Every lid has split when placed on 12 oz, usually under the drink hole - DRIBBLE CUP!

Black color comes off all over your hand leaving your hand filthy. Cups OK outside of that. Change your ink.

Bought last night. Tried to use this morning with my keurig. Cup leaked. Hot coffee all over the place. Half the cups were defective. :-(

I've been using these cups for years. All of a sudden they have been leaking on the bottom.  The soak right through.

Perfect cup on the go

Hello, I purchased a 40 ct of cups and put them on the counter and when taking a look at them I noticed the stack on one side was a little shorter than the other side. It had 39 cups. This is a  unopened pack.

For the second time  one of the cups has leaked from the bottom! It dripped coffee all down the front of my clothes! I am not very happy with this product!

Awful

I bought the Dixie to go cups so I wouldn't have to wash a cup at work after enjoying a hot beverage. To my surprise they don't have lids... is this normal?

Dixie to go... but no lid?

Recently purchased these to-go cups for my morning coffee or tea. Unfortunately all of the lids in the pack had a crack/tear on the side of the lid where you would put it on the cup and it would not seal to fit. Not ideal for hot products as the liquid will dump directly out of the cup as the lid does not fit with it being cracked open. Disappointed in the product and waste of money.

Cracked lids

I did not realized no lids were included.  I should have known when I saw the price they were being sold for.
I think it is such a shame that these companies that we, as consumers, helped in becoming so such; but that is not enough.
Why would you sell cups "to go" without lid unless you are just being greedy.
Well, I bought the cups for my personal use; as such, I am able to use the same lids over and over.  I had ten lids from a package of cups that zipped me out of ten cups, so I was left with extra lids.
Well, my solution here is to create strong lids reinforced by duck tape so that I can rinse it and use it over and over.
