I used to love these cups, but the last few batches I bought all the lids split. I thought I had just put too much pressure on it when putting the top on, but nope they are just cheap. Numerous times I have ruined a shirt in the car on the way to work with coffee stains due to this. Don't buy unless you want to have to change your shirt every single morning.

Bought these for the office and they leaked everywhere. The bottom seal is not good on these cups. Had to double cup them just to use them. I would have returned them but lost my receipt. They do keep the coffee hot and I really liked the slider device on the lid what keeps the heat in, but there is no point when they leak all over your desk, and most people are using these in a office/work type setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There has been a change in this excellent product. The last cups I bought leak around the bottom seam after a short time (never happened with previous ones)..I would give a 5 rating on previous cups.

I tried to read through the other reviews to see if anyone else had the same problem. I just purchased a package of the on the go cups and EVERY SINGLE CUP smells of a floral detergent smell. I had my coffee in the cup this morning and thought it tasted a little off and kept smelling the floral scent finally when I got home from work my husband asked my the cups all smelled of soap, what's up with this dixie?! So disappointed!!

This cup does not perform as promised. When first filled, it's too hot to the touch (Fail: "Fingers not" is not true). When driving to work, my coffee is lukewarm after just 15 minutes (Fail: "Keeps drinks hot" is not true). Seam at top of cup under lid frequently springs a leak, causing coffee to drip on my shirt when I drink (Fail: leakage/performance promises). Highly disappointed. Tried to like them, but will not purchase again.

I am so disappointed that at least half of the to go cup lids are cracked. I discovered this when I picked up a cup and the whole thing came apart and then the coffee was all over my kitchen table, chairs and floor. Originally I thougt I hadn't put the top on propersly, but then when I went to make another cup, I noticed that the lid was cracked (and so were several of them in the package.) Needless to say, I won't purchase these anymore.

I love these cups, they certainly come in handy. The only complaint or advice is when you place the lid on the cup, do not have the hole where you drink from lined up with the seam of the cup. I have done this happen a couple of times (forgetting) and liquid came from under the lid where at the seam (uneven), the edge creates a slight hole for liquid to come out when tilted. Anywhere else is fine.

Our office manager purchased these cups, they seem to fill the bill and the lids fit. Then we noticed that neither the lids or the cups have a recycle symbol. Why aren't these cups biodegradable and/or recyclable? There is absolutely no need to make this type of product to dump in landfills, and hang around on the planet for all eternity. We will not be purchasing these in the future.

I have bought these cups several times, thinking maybe a batch or two were not made well....that is not the case! First I put the milk in, then the sweetner and then the coffee. The bottom of the cups start to fall apart and the coffee "bleeds" through. They are fine for cold drinks but not hot. Should have a sign on package that says so!

Something is going on. Been buying these cups for several years because they don't burn your hands like all the rest. The insulation on the to go cups has been thinned and the heat burns the fingers now. This has just started. Not a good decision at production cost cutting Dixie.
