The new cups have marked levels on the side. They say almost all the way down the side and then it says ready to go at the BOTTOM. This doesn't make sense. It should say ready to go at the top.... But the cup works fine.

My husband and I use to go cups for morning coffee. The top splits and is not usable. We stopped using them for a period of time and just purchased more and the same thing happened.

I bought a full box of cups from amazon and something like half the lids were bent and unusable. Bent like the lip had been smashed and it set that way and wouldn’t seal on the cups. I ended up throwing a bunch out because I didn’t have lids.

I am not happy, I buy your Dixie Hot cups all the time and the past 6 months I have either missing lids or missing cups in my pack and they have never been opened so I know nobody took them, they were packaged that way

This product listing is false. It indicates one would purchase a case of 500 cups. When ordered and received only one sleeve of 25 cups arrived. Walmart should correct this item description

There has not been one time where I used this coffee cup in the morning and didn't do one of the following : Leak, spill, the top pops open, the lid doesn't fit properly.. I'll never buy these again

I take my coffee to work with me from home,but before I get there the lid splits on the edge,hope you can improve this, other than that, a great product

Loved the new design, the only issue I had with the cups is that the black ink rubs off on my hands making them look dirty. Makes it awkward when using these at work or church.
