I have only been able to "play" & try on product bc my son won't be joining the world for a few more days yet but so far it is very easy to use (self explanatory really), the quality/durability seems like it was made well & will last as long as I need it to, it's very stylish as carriers go & I can't wait to use regularly!!

I bought this product well before my son was born and use it almost daily. My little guy is in the forward facing stage and he really enjoys it, I enjoy taking walks and getting fresh air while he looks around. Also he can get to sleep in it on most occasions.

I have used several different carriers and have found them to be a bit uncomfortable. This one gave me a totally different experience. It was comfortable and easy to use. My son slipped right into it and he looked very comfortable. My husband also used it and loved it to the point that he uses it more than I do. I would definitely recommend this product. I got this carrier as a gift and was excited because my baby likes to face outward. She will not let me hold her facing me. I have only used it a few times because when I face her outward it is right in her mouth, even when I fold it down. And within five minutes my back and shoulders are hurting. My daughter only weighs 12lbs. The shoulder straps don't do much with just one buckle and the back strap doesn't seem to support anything.

I bought this for my daughter who just had a baby. It is a lifesaver because I think the baby feels like he is back in the womb because he is super calm and laid back when he,s in it. And she can do whatever she needs to do and he's fine! I really recommend this.

I think this is a great product but I agree with the other comment; this is definitely not for bigger babies. I used to love this product so much when he was a newborn but my son is now 6 months and weighing in at 20 Ibs, and when I put him in the carrier it is not very comfortable for his chunky legs. It leaves him with super red marks and I can never have him in it longer than 10 minutes because I'm afraid it will hurt him. If you have a petite baby I would recommend, but otherwise I would not.

This product is not too bad for it's value. I use it mainly to carry my little one when doing house chores and going short distance. It's great to carry my son when he was less than 15 pounds and after that it's hard on my back. Also I find the lower belt to be useless. The carrier doesn't have a good structure as a back carrier but it's great as a front carrier. I can even nurse my little guy when I'm walking.

I tried to download your instructions, and if you have that many hieroglyphics then you should realize that it is not user friendly. This product is fine for the initial set up on rear facing kids. However, if you want to use the conversion there should be a course in reading their downloadable instructions. The video runs through things so fast, you need to be a gamer to follow it. It's clear that the seller is excited, but if there's that many moving parts, then customers need more explanation.

I love that baby feels very secure in it and you can use in many positions. You can tighten it to your fitting and other people can use it because there is no sizing unlike other carriers. I tried Ktan and had to return.The ktan was a pain to get it figured out and baby did not feel secure in it.This is half the price of a ktan and it’s way better.

I bought this on a whim online because the Moby wrap we owned was such a pain to put on/take off. SO GLAD to own this carrier. It's not fancy, not a ton of padding or bells and whistles but a great value for the money. We have used this to take the little one on walks around the neighborhood and on longer 5-6mile hikes since she was 6 weeks old and she loves it, usually falls right to sleep even for the 2+hour hikes. She just graduated to front-facing (11weeks) and it's fun to see her super curious about the world. Also this carrier is light, sturdy, easy to wash and adjusts in a heartbeat to fit me (5'0, 110lbs) or my 5'9 husband. Thumbs up.
