I bought this for a gift so I can't say anything about it except it's what the mother to be specifically asked for.

The quality is spot on but I'm a very short lady, and by adjusting for it to fit me the straps are all over ... sadly had to return

I really dislike this product. its not comfortable for mom and it seems to not be comfy for baby either.

Fits perfectly, pads and baby loves it! Snugged and close to mommy! Baby sleeps like a dream in it!!

This product met the needs I had. My 5 month old grandson fits in it great and he seems quite comfortable.
