I have two of these in different locations- the location where I have racoons is where the issue is... they got into it and in doing so made a hole in the container and water got in and spoiled all the food- I guess they messed with the seal? I can't find the hole but water clearly got in. (On the nights they got into it would not have been the nights water got in). I suppose there was/is a hole in it not from the racoons but I don't see the hole- had this about two months but water clearly got in- also can't believe the racoons can open this- I have them on video opening it. The location where there are no racoons it works great and very happy with it- had it over a year now.

I have one of these already, but we got another dog who eats a different food, so needed another one. These are truly a vault! I have a couple of foodies, who can break into anything, but they cannot get into this!! Works great. It says it holds 40lbs, but my 40lb bag of dog food doesn't quite fit in it. It's close, but not quite. Highly recommend this product if you have also have a dog who can break into any container to get to their food.

The container arrived and I was skeptical It would hold 40 lbs of dog food. After cleaning, I put in a 28 lb bag of dog food and there's absolutely no way this will hold the amount listed without overflowing. I've had 2 other sizes and this one might be good for 30 lbs of food, 40 is a stretch.

The one I bought online is way smaller than the one I bought in the store FOR THE SAME PRICE.... Not cool.......
