The filters arrived in great condition. The box was not dented. These filters are for my son’s house. I am sure that he will enjoy the clean air . I recommend these filters.

I have pets and I have allergies. I've used this for many years and it seems to do a good job .... I'm kinda shocked now and then at the pet hairs on it when I take it out for replacement.

Decided to try these and am happy I did. Immediately noticed a big reduction in dust. My allergies became less and less agrivated as well. I’ll be using these from now on.

Bought a 4 Pack of Filtrete Electrostatic Air Cleaning Filters on sale at our local Sam's Club on June 21, 2018. After using up our supply of older filtrate filters, we took the plastic wrap off of this 4 Pack only to discover that the filters had GLUED THEMSELVES TOGETHER in a solid block. The cardboard sleeves must have had some form of plastic coating that, over time, melds filter to filter. Took them back to Sam's Club to get them replaced only to find out that, without our receipt, we could not return them. We have never experienced this problem with previous 4 Packs. We buy them when on sale and store them on metal shelves in our basement. They are not exposed to heat, and we use a dehumidifier to control the humidity to between 35 and 50%. The Club's staff recommended that we use a knife or hard plastic card to separate the filters, but this leaves a butchered cardboard sleeve and no cardboard cross hatching on the filters, the hatching adhering to the metal screening of the adjacent filter. I am very hesitant in buying 3M Filtrete 4 Packs from Sam's Club in the future. I will try to use these filters despite the real possibility that their function may be impaired. At $6-8 a filter, this is the only alternative I have.

I wish the filters were individually wrapped in plastic for storage. These are not, so once you open the package, you expose the other filters to allergens that are floating in the air. I put the unused new filters in a trash bag to keep them fresh until their time to be used in the ac. system.

We recently switched to using the 1200D filters and I have noticed our home is much more dustier now with the 1200D in use. After using the 1200D for just 2 months I noticed way more dust in our home so I switched to the 1500 filter. I am happy to say the 1500 does a better job than the 1200D that is suppose to be a dust defense filter. Allergies are much better with the 1500 filters in use. I would not recommend the 1200D this filter.

4 for the price of two

Not the quality you'd expect from Filtrete. These were cheaply made with poor workmanship. The filtering material was so thin there was some holes and many almost holes where it somehow was stretched on the outer peaks of the V creases. Notice the only show one side, that is because a paper brace to match the paper back braces are missing so the collasp strenth is weak and the filter noticably sinks inward when new and clear under normal airflow. My order of 20x30x1's were slightly oversized so they were a bit too big for the opening so they had to be force fit that crumpled the edges a bit. I won't ever buy these again and probably will just go back full time to the better quality Honeywell brand I normally pickup locally for abt the same price. Shoulda known better. Now I do.

We couldn't figure out why there was an extra layer of white dust on everything along with excessive sneezing. Took us a few days to locate problem and we change filters every 30 days. This filter has loose fibers on one side and the fibers blew all over the house every time the AC turned on. We had to dust every day and I hate dusting lol. Great price but didn't work for us.
