coffee is consistent and great. My order seemed to have been burbled; I got 1 bag of 6 and nothing of the other 5 for 5 days. I called customer service who apologized and arranged to send replacement and 2 extra bags free. Then, 8 days after the receipt of the original order, the remainder of the order showed up! I called customer service back to report that all was ok, and ask for instructions on the replacement order. The customer service rep said "just keep it, it's our gift". Wow!

It is ground so it is easy to use at home in a drip coffeemaker. The bag is easy to open and then reseal. Unfortunately, it is not organic or fair trade, but it does have a Conservation International seal.

I absolutely love this coffee! The cocoa and toffee are not overpowering and are the perfect complement to this coffee. This Starbucks coffee is a blend of fine Latin American beans that are roasted to a glistening dark chestnut color. Its a prefect blend of nut, cocoa and a touch of sweetness. I highly recommend you try this SBUX House Blend Ground coffee. It isn’t too strong but still provides the caffeine boost you want.
