Unique In Flavor

Great taste, but coffee grounds in my cup.

I really like the taste of this coffee, but half of the pods put grounds into my cup. Defective pods? Never had this problem before. I was going to buy more because I like the taste, but probably won't now because of this problem with the pods. Grounds in my coffee

Coffee grounds in cup. K-Cups defective.

This is 2nd time in past year we purchased from Sam's, both times 1/2 of the coffee grounds end up in the coffee cup during brewing. This is only k-cup pod we have had issue with, all others are fine, we know it is not our machine. Disappointing as we love this Veranda blend and many other Starbucks products. We are thankful Sam's made things right, although they were not at fault for the defective product.

Poor counting and packaging.

Delivered today and opened package. Coffee grounds everywhere. I opened the inside box, coffee grounds all over the pods. Found to pods torn open. Also the 72 count only had 69 pods in it before I threw the 2 broken ones away. Made a mess all over my kitchen.

Defective batch

Something is wrong with the latest batch(s). I bought a brand new coffee machine thinking ours was broken. It’s these k-cups. No matter what you do, you get almost the entire container’s worth of coffee grounds in your cup. It just flows right through.
