I just recently started to drink coffee and the Blonde coffee i perfect. not to strong and it has a real smooth and great flavor.

we really enjoy the flavor of this coffee. we brew a pot and then a couple of hours later we reheat the rest the coffee tastes the same both times.

I prefer lighter roasts as it lets the flavor of the coffee come through. Dark roasts just taste too "roast-y" to me.

Generally buy the pre ground but the Veranda is even better fresh ground and to my family has the right smoothness and kick.
